The kids have brought so many different objects on the trampoline...but the favorite tends to be ice cubes. My favorite is laying on it in the wintertime. The black top warms you right up. So nice!

I had teacher conferences with Wyatt and Savanna's teachers last week and it was as expected. (hunter's teacher didn't request one because there is never anything he needs to work on).

Savanna finally earned the class an ice cream party...she was the last student to complete upper and lower case recognition and sound to the alphabet in less than a minute. Seriously? I remember learning that the whole year long in kindergarten. Now she is on to reading books. Or memorizing the words. Either way she was super proud of herself and that confidence is what will make her a great student.

I remember Hunter in second grade said how he was the smartest in his class. He said, "mom can you believe my classmates don't know how to spell school? I just shouted it right out s-k-o-o-l.' The point is he thought he was the smartest so he always jumped in with a winning attitude.

Wyatt's teacher always begins conferences by telling me something positive; which means a negative is sure to follow. She said that she moved him to a table with all girls due to other kids having behavior issues. Apparently he loves it and the girls too. The only problem is he lets them do all of his work; including sharpening his pencils and tying his shoes.

Spring break is 11 days away...a full two weeks off of school. The boys will have fun going to Showlow for the week with their grandma; not sure if I want to send Savanna. Although having a whole week to myself sounds wonderful. Spring Break gets me thinking of summer time plans. I love to go camping but, me with three little ones could be scary! I probably would make us all sleep in the car with the doors locked.
